Startup SG Award - SGD 50,000 + Invitation to join SLINGSHOT 2019

The award is a start-up SG grant that comprises of SGD25,000 non-dilutive grant money and $25,000 grant with an option to convert into equity at the next institutional fundraising. The winning company will also be invited to join SLINGSHOT 2019, held during SWITCH, in Singapore in November 2019 as a participant in the qualifying round of the competition.

The ADB Ventures Impact Award is given to startups that demonstrate a clear, long-term commitment to solving climate change and promoting gender inclusiveness in the Asia Pacific Region. Companies that receive this award during PowerACE 2019 will be eligible to receive a cash prize of SGD 50,000.

Special Award: Ecolabs Special Award

Award worth SGD 100,000

The Ecolabs Special Award is given to one start-up company. The start-up company will gain access to Ecolabs development space, EcoLabs resources, large test beds and seasoned energy tech experts. The start-up company will also be entitled to EcoLabs partner benefits, transitional program, mentoring, project funding support and networking.
