| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :rehabilitation of stage at barangay pagalungan; sn 23a - 2023 Republic of the philippines City of cagayan de oro Bids and awards committee Invitation to bid For Rehabilitation of stage at barangay pagalungan; sn 23a - 2023 1. the city government of cagayan de oro, through current appropriation cy 2023, Non - office: economic services sector, infrastructure project/programs - other Development program & projects - barangay empowerment program & projects Intends to apply the sum of one million three hundred fifty two thousand four Hundred thirty nine and 29/100 pesos only (php1,352,439.29) being the approved Budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for rehabilitation of Stage at barangay pagalungan; sn 23a - 2023. bids received in excess of the abc Shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the city government of cagayan de oro now invites bids for: 1. construction of Structural support (extension of comfort room): a. stiffener column, b. wall footing, C. lintel beam & roof lintel beam, d. slab. 2. remove and replace of roofing works Including ceiling works. 3. installation of wooden doors and jalousie windows. 4. Masonry works for (cr & ramp). 5. tile works for (stage & cr). 6. painting works (steel works, ceiling works, & conc. wall). 7. construction of septic tank. 8. Construction of ramp w/ stainless steel pipe railings. 9. installation of electrical Works. completion of the works is required fifty nine (59) calendar days from the Effectivity date stipulated in the notice to proceed. bidders should have completed a Contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- Discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules And regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act.
