| Description: | Prequalification are invited for External project evaluation for sustaining sustainable community environment and livelihood improvement (continuation) The external project evaluation ensures the objectives, indicators and overall goal are moving in the direction of achieving the defined objectives and to identify any potential for improvement. Additionally, the results can be used as a learning tool for a coming funding phase or similar projects, to adjust the approach in case of recommendations who suggest doing things differently. The objectives of the external project evaluation are: 1. To measure the impact and/or outcome that were expected according to the Mlup Baitong project results and Bread for the World agreement results as in annex 1. 2. To measure and examine the effective approaches and the scope of the current project intervention on how they are relevant to natural resource management, climate change, environmental education, generating incomes in their communities. 3. To identify the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact sustainability and coherence of the project intervention. |
