Name of project:supply & delivery of materials for installation of solar street lights Purchase of rice Source of fund: development fund Abc: php 469,000.00 Interested suppliers/contractors, shall submit personally the letter of intent and their original copy of license and certificate of registration and classification for proper authentication at the office of the bac secretariat, brgy. sambat tanauan city until 3:00 pm of march 16,2023 Bid documents will be made available to eligible supplier/contractors for issuance on march 17,2023 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the office of the bac secretariat at brgy. sambat, tanauan city upon payment of a non-refundable amount based on the schedule project cost. Eligible suppliers/contractors shall submit their duly accomplished pre-qualification and approved eligibility statements including price proposals to the chairman, bids and awards committee (bac), brgy. sambat, city of tanauan , batangas not later than 10:00 a.M of march 22,2023. Pre-bid conference march 17,2023 Opening of bids march 22,2023 All particulars relative to the eligibility, bid bond, performance bond, pre-bid conference, bid evaluation and awards of contract shall be governed by the provisions of r.A 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation, bid securities shall be in cash.
