| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :expansion of sta. rosa irrigation project and installation of solar powered water system, brgy. sta. rosa, murcia, neg. occ.(re-bid/opa-2022-0056 Invitation to bid The provincial government of negros occidental through its bids and awards committee bac invites interested contractors with valid pcab licenses and registration (at least small b category) to submit sealed bids, for the following project: Name of project : expansion of sta. rosa irrigation project and installation of solar powered water system Project location : brgy. sta. rosa, murcia, negros occidental Scope of work : general item, solar array/mounting structure/solar pump/inverter, powerhouse, perimeter fence, pipe works, irrigation canal, project signboard/marker Approved budget for the contract (abc): php3,600,000.00 Source of funds : 2022 20% pdf Project duration : 128 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the project, and must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the approved budget for the contract (abc) to be bid. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. Prospective bidders shall long-in/order the invitation to bid for the contract to be bid from philgeps. bidders shall likewise submit a letter of expression and must present their original pcab license. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using the non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act . prospective bidders must carefully read the instruction to bidders and comply with the requirements stated therein. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the provincial government of negros occidental and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. a complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of php5,000.00.
