| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :construction of solar dryer (sitio bantonan) Invitation to bid Barangay palanas guinobatan, albay through its bids and awards committee (bac) invites suppliers/ manufacturers/ distributors/ contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the procurement of the hereunder project and activity: Onstruction of solar dryer (sitio bantonan) Php 127,960.00 The eligibility check, screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. the complete schedules of activities are listed as follows: Activities/schedule: 1. receipt from the prospective bidders of letters of intent (loi) & issuance of eligibility and bid documents april 20-25,2023 . receipt & opening of bids at the bac barangay palanas guinobatan, albay on april 26,2023, 1:00pm All particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance, bidding evaluation of bids, post qualification and award contract shall be governed by pertinent provisions of ra 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation (irr). The bac will issue bid documents to prospective bidders at bac office palanas , guinobatan, albay upon submission of loi and certification of philgeps and payment of non-refundable amount of php200.00 to the barangay treasurer. Barangay palanas reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the barangay, for and in behalf of the project. the bac assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of the bid nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
