Invitation to bid
The barangay government of moalboal titay, zamboanga sibugay, through its bids and awards committee (bac), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors/caterer to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
Prospective bidders must have been in the business for at least two (2) years prior to the advertisement and/posting of the invitation to bid.
Interested bidders shall submit letter of intent to bac.
Bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines.
Submission of eligibility and technical documents, and bid must be submitted to the barangay bids awards committee, moalboal titay, and zamboanga sibugay.

All particulars relative to eligibility checking, post qualification, bid evaluation, award shall be governed by the provisions of r.A. 9184, and it is implementing rules and regulations.
The barangay bids and awards committee assume no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the prospective suppliers for any expenses that they may incur in the preparation of their proposals.
The blgu also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals to waive defects found therein and to accept the offer most advantageous to the government.
