| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :proposed solar street lighting along cementina street, located from p. zamora st. to arnaiz ave., pasay city Project identification no.: itb23-05-122 Invitation to bid For the Proposed solar street lighting along cementina street, located from p. zamora st. to arnaiz ave., pasay city 1 the city government of pasay, through the 20% ira city development fund cy2023 intends to apply the sum of one million eight hundred eighty nine thousand seven hundred thirty three pesos & 89/100 (php 1,889,733.89) for the proposed solar street lighting along cementina street, located from p. zamora st. to arnaiz ave., pasay city being the approved budget for the contract (abc). bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2 the city government of pasay, through its bids and awards committee (bac) now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is within sixty (60) calendar days. bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instructions to bidders). 3 bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 9184. 4 interested bidders may obtain further information from city government of pasay, bac secretariat at telephone nos. 8834-8814 or 8834-8809 and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from monday to friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 5 a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on may 2, 2023 from the bac secretariat at the given address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of php 5,000.00. the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees by presenting the original copy of the official receipt. 6 the city government of pasay will hold a pre-bid conference on may 11, 2023 at 10:00 am at the conference room, office of the city administrator, rm 204 2nd floor, pasay city hall building and/or through videoconferencing/webcasting via zoom, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7 bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission (by dropping the sealed bid envelopes at the drop box located) at the conference room, office of the city administrator, rm 204 2nd floor, pasay city hall building on or before may 25, 2023 at 10:00 am. late bids shall not be accepted. 8 all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 16. 9 bid opening shall be on may 25, 2023 at 10:00 am at the conference room, office of the city administrator, rm 204 2nd floor, pasay city hall building and/or through videoconferencing/webcastin |
