Invitation to bid all prospective bidders are invited to bid on the above items. the barangay cawit reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. bidding documents shall be acquired from may 19, 2023 to june 2, 2023 upon payment to the barangay treasurer of a non-refundable amount of ?500..00. eligibility documents and/or completely filled out bidding documents may be submitted at the office of the sangguniang barangay cawit, boac, marinduque, 2rd floor, barangay hall, barangay cawit, boac, marinduque on or before june 2,2023 9:30pm. all documents shall be current and updated and any missing document in the checklist of bid proposal is a ground for outright rejection of the bid. bidder shall submit one (1) original and two (2) photocopies of the first and second components of its bid in sealed envelop. bidders shall follow the proper sealing and marking of bids. to facilitate the evaluation of the bids, bidders are advised to follow the arrangement in the checklist of bid proposal when placed in an envelop, with documents bounded, tabbed and labeled accordingly.
