| Description: | Invitation to bid (itb) :itdi-infra-2023-009 repair and renovation of nml building in relation to the project design and development of a subsonic wind tunnel system for airspeed realization and calibration Invitation to bid repair and renovation of nml building in relation to the project design and development of a subsonic wind tunnel system for airspeed realization and calibration 1. the industrial technology development institute, through design and development of a subsonic wind tunnel system for airspeed realization and calibration intends to apply the amount of two million five hundred thousand pesos (p 2,500,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for the repair and renovation of nml building in relation to the project design and development of a subsonic wind tunnel system for airspeed realization and calibration . bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the industrial technology development institute (itdi) now invites bids for the repair and renovation of nml building in relation to the project design and development of a subsonic wind tunnel system for airspeed realization and calibration . location is at itdi- dost compound gen. santos bicutan, taguig. completion of work is required in one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon issuance of notice to proceed. 3. bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 4. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 9184 (ra 9184), otherwise known as the government procurement reform act . 5. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. 6. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders from may 29, 2023 until june 19, 2023 at the itdi bac office, second floor metrology bldg. upon payment of the applicable fee for bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five thousand pesos (p 5,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 7. the itdi-bac will hold a pre-bid conference on june 5, 2023, 9:00 am at the metrology conference room, 2nd floor., itdi metrology building, dost compound bicutan taguig city. 8. bids must be delivered on june 19, 2023 between 8:30 am to 9:00 am at th |
