There is strong Australian presence as deal sourcing, analysis and due diligence works are conducted onshore, with a dual trust structure that protect investors’ capital. With an experienced Australian local management team, it allows us to source deals and manage investor capital in an efficient manner. We invest in: (i) high quality and defensive real estate assets in good locations with strong marketable land title (i.e., freehold, or long leasehold), (ii) good income quality from reputable tenants with institutional standard lease terms on medium to long term leases, and (iii) active risk mitigation, asset management and enhancement to ensure stable and superior investor returns. Our sponsors and management team have more than 200 years of collective experience in real estate investments, capital markets, development and asset management in Australia, Asia, and Europe.
