The Carbon Working Group is a focused interest group under the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), aiming to bring together experts and key players to provide vision, direction and guidance in the development and implementation of carbon projects in and outside Singapore.
The Carbon Working Group also aims to promote awareness of decarbonisation, carbon credit generation, REC generation, carbon markets, role of carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS).

To provide vision, direction and guidance in the development and implementation Carbon projects in and outside of Singapore
Promote awareness of carbon credit generation, REC generation, carbon markets, GHG abatement, Role of Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS), Energy Efficiency through training development and capacity building
Identify and promote commercial Circular Economy opportunities in the energy industry for businesses
To engage and collaborate with the relevant Government agencies, Ministries, and Industry Associations both in Singapore and globally
To engage with adopters to decarbonise (both MNCs and SMEs) on activities such as roundtables, seminars, demonstration projects and many more
To work with all other committees on common thread of decarbonisation opportunities
Review all relevant material before committee meetings
Attend committee meetings and contribute objective opinions on issues rasied
Support the efforts of the committee by carrying out actionable items after the meeting (if any)
