SEAS is committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance, integrity and accountability in all aspects of our operations. As a non-profit industry association, we recognise that good governance is fundamental to building trust with our members, partners, sponsors and stakeholders.
Our Governance Framework provides the foundation for effective decision-making, responsible stewardship of resources, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Guided by our SEAS Council and supported by the Secretariat, SEAS strives to operate with transparency, fairness and professionalism while advancing the sustainable energy sector in Singapore and the region.
To uphold the principles set out in our Governance Framework, SEAS has established a Compliance Committee to provide independent oversight of governance and compliance matters within the Association.
The Compliance Committee is chaired by Keoy Soo Earn and vice-chaired by Lawrence Wu.

Reporting Concerns
SEAS is committed to fostering a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct. Members, partners, vendors, employees and other stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns relating to misconduct, unethical behaviour, fraud, conflicts of interest, or non-compliance with SEAS’ policies or applicable laws and regulations.
Reports will be treated with appropriate confidentiality and reviewed in accordance with SEAS’ governance and compliance procedures. Where appropriate, corrective actions will be taken following a fair and impartial review.
